Transactions and balances flow from ASB to Webhooks from that point on.

Frequently asked questions
- How often does ASB sync to Webhooks?
- Synci polls ASB for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. Some banks may not support high-frequency sync (30 min). When new transactions or balance changes are found, they are transferred to Webhooks within seconds.
- Does ASB support pending transactions?
- Yes — ASB exposes pending transactions, and Synci syncs them to Webhooks. When the bank eventually books them, Synci automatically updates the same transactions in Webhooks rather than creating duplicates.
- Are ASB credit card accounts supported?
- ASB may not expose credit card accounts through PSD2. If yours does, you'll see them listed when you connect.
- Is my ASB login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to ASB through regulated PSD2 APIs, which means authentication happens on ASB's own login flow. Your bank login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
- Which provider does Synci use to connect to ASB?
- Synci currently connects to ASB through Akahu, a regulated PSD2 data provider. Providers handle the technical connection to the bank — your login credentials stay between you and ASB.
