- Synci polls Fidelity for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. When new balances, holdings, or trades are found, they are transferred to AI assistants within seconds.

- Account balances, holdings, and historical trades — including dividends and corporate actions where available. You control which Fidelity accounts sync, and rules can transform data before it reaches AI assistants.
- Is my Fidelity login shared with Synci?
- No. Synci connects to Fidelity through a secure data provider, which means authentication happens on Fidelity's own login flow. Your login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
