How often does Questrade sync to AI assistants?
Synci polls Questrade for new data every 30 to 360 minutes, depending on your plan. When new balances, holdings, or trades are found, they are transferred to AI assistants within seconds.
What gets synced from Questrade to AI assistants?
Account balances, holdings, and historical trades — including dividends and corporate actions where available. You control which Questrade accounts sync, and rules can transform data before it reaches AI assistants.
Is my Questrade login shared with Synci?
No. Synci connects to Questrade through a secure data provider, which means authentication happens on Questrade's own login flow. Your login credentials are never shared with or stored by Synci.
