Model Withdrawal Form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from your agreement with Synci. Using this form is optional: a clear statement by email to support@synci.io works just as well. See section 4 of our Terms of Service and our refund policy, which gives you a full refund of any charge within 14 days regardless of this form.

Send the completed form to support@synci.io, or by post to the address above. To meet the 14-day withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice before the deadline expires. Payments are processed by Stripe as merchant of record, so any refund is returned by Stripe to your original payment method; your withdrawal notice itself is always directed to us as the seller. This form is based on the model withdrawal form in Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU, implemented in Norway by angrerettloven.
